What form of payment do you accept?

JMS accepts payment in the form of a check, personal or cashier check. JMS also offers financing options to help lessen the stress and burden of having to part with the money in your bank account right away. Contact us to learn more about available financing.
What roofing manufacturers do you use?

JMS is certified through GAF and CertainTeed, which are the two largest manufacturers in the Home Remodeling Industry. That being said, we can install any brand you would like if you find a certain color you fall in love with!
How do I prep my home for an install?

ROOFING: To ensure everyone's safety, and to protect your furniture, it is best practice to remove anything of value. If you have the ability to move any patio furniture, great! If not, our crew will happily assist during our setup process. It is also a good idea to have the grass cut. It makes it easier for our crew to pick up debris and search for nails during the clean-up process. SIDING: Please remove anything from your outside facing walls in your home that is of value: pictures, trinkets, etc. When installing siding there are a lot of vibrations that could easily knock down anything that is hanging. Please notify JMS of any valuable landscaping as our crew needs at least 3ft of clearance to be able to work comfortably. WINDOWS: Please have all window treatments removed before your installation day. If you have the ability, please pull back any furniture at least 3ft from window openings. If you don't have the ability, our crew will happily assist when they arrive.
How long does a project take?

Every project is different because every house is unique and may require different products or extra attention. JMS project timelines on average fall in between 3-6 weeks. Depending on the product you select and the time of year this timeline may shift.
What kind of windows do you install?

The window brand will be determined by the homeowner. If you are doing an entire house of windows, JMS can install whichever brand you prefer. JMS's go-to window is Simonton 5500 Reflections Vinyl Replacement windows. If you are looking to match some of the existing window brands in the house that can be easily done as well.

What kind of siding do you install?

JMS can install it all! We install Standard Hollow Back Siding which transforms your home with bold new colors and clean lines. We also install insulated options that will give you the same beauty but with the additional benefits of more structure, insulating the walls of your home, sound-deadening qualities, and a longer-lasting finish. We also install James Hardie Siding which is a fiber cement panel that will give you the character of wood siding but without the upkeep!
How long does the installation take?

The duration of an installation depends on your home and the product(s) you are installing. ROOFING: JMS can complete most roofs in a day! If the project requires a multi-day install, they are done on consecutive days. JMS will ensure no roof is left open overnight. When we leave, we ensure that your home is weather tight. SIDING: On average, siding can take up to 7 days, depending on the size of the home. WINDOWS: JMS can install anywhere between 10-20 windows per day based on the type of window and the style of home.
